Appointments / Reminders / Recalls
Please ring on 01472 320 775 to make an appointment. We operate a routine reminder service based on SMS/email technology. Your dentists / therapists / hygienist will discuss with you when you need to see them again. We follow guidelines issued by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) on appropriate recall intervals appropriate for the maintainance of your oral health.
Cancellations / Failed Appointments
Sometimes we all have reason to alter appointments, if you are unable to keep yours PLEASE give us as much notice as possible. The first failure to attend will result in a letter to inform that an appointment was missed to allow the opportunity to reattend. Independent patients who miss further appointments may incur a £20.00 fee, subsequent failures (within a 24 month period) will be billed at the total cost of the planned treatment for the missed session. NHS patients who persistantly fail will not be seen.
Out of Hours and Emergency Treatment
We endeavour to see our registered patients who need urgent care within 24 hours during opening time, ringing first thing in the morning will assist us to arrange an appointment; however, this may mean you do not see your usual dentist. If you have a dental emergency out of hours please ring 01472 320 775 and you will be given the number of the emergency clinic via the answer-phone message.
